On 29 December 2017, the DraftRegulation of the Federal Tax Service "On the approval of the list ofcountries (territories) eligible for the automatic exchange of taxinformation" was published in the Federal portal for public consultation.Comments were due by 26 January.
The list includes 60countries and 13 territories that are both the recipients and providers ofinformation from and to Russia, respectively. Thelist corresponds to the list of countries that will provide information toRussia, which was published by the OECD.
